If you are interested in becoming a participant in the Siena House program, please fill out our online application. After doing so, our Director will contact you to complete an intake assessment.

All Siena House applicants must provide proof of pregnancy (must be emailed or faxed to us directly from your medical provider), a negative TB test, and proof of COVID vaccination prior to acceptance to the program.
